USA Lacrosse Membership Info and LInks

Players are required to have a USA Lacrosse Membership to play lacrosse. You can sign up for a membership or look up a membership number with the links below. Registration requires a 12 digit membership number but some memberships appear to have fewer digits in this look up tool because there are zeros in front of the number that need to be added. For example, the look up link shows a membership number of 1234567 but the number that needs to be entered for registration would be 000001234567. Going into the membership profile on USA Lacrosse will show membership numbers as the full 12 digits.
